Company History of Colosseum Doha W.L.L
- 1999: Established with the goal of manufacturing authentic Italian desserts and gelato.
- 2003: Opened a factory to produce gelato, sherbets, and ice cream cakes amid Qatar's infrastructure development.
- 2005: Became the local supplier for the U.S. Army, significantly increasing production to 4,500 liters of ice cream daily.
- 2008: Achieved HACCP certification, marking a key milestone in our hygiene and quality control processes initiated in 2005.
- 2010: Launched a new production line for fresh pasta, maintaining a focus on high quality.
- 2012: Began importing quality food products from Italy, starting with Granarolo, to complement our own brands.
- 2016: Embraced technological advancements to enhance e-commerce capabilities and boost online sales and home delivery options.
- 2019: Moved to a state-of-the-art factory located within a QDB industrial compound in the New Industrial Area.
- 2020: Successfully launched our "Al Forno" branded pizza, now distributed in major supermarkets across Qatar.
- 2024: Expanded operations into Kuwait in response to increased demand from GCC customers.
